1. To see a list of full inventory counts: Navigate to the Full Inventory screen, click Warehouse, Cycle Count, then Full Inventory. Fill out the desired parameters and press Submit to run the report.
2. To initiate a new full inventory count: Click Create New Inventory. This will open a new header area.
3. Choose the warehouse location and enter the number of parts each user will be responsible for counting (Number of Parts Per User).
4. Optionally exclude parts by entering Minimum Part Value (default value is $100), and/or limit the Full Inventory to only finished goods (FIG Only), only raw material, or a certain assigned ABC (usage value) code grouping.
5. After defining the parameters, click Start Full Inventory to initiate the process.
6. Once started, view and search across all inventory assignments, and change the assigned user using the Assigned To drop-down menu and clicking Submit.
7. To open an assignment and begin counting inventory, click on the assignment ID.
8. Review the inventory assignment page showing assigned PRC parts, BOM designation, bin and receipt information, and bin quantities.
9. Use the bin location to locate the physical bin and count the actual number of parts in the bin.
10. Enter the counted number in the Actual Shelf Quantity field and select or allow auto-population of the appropriate reason code.
11. Click the orange Set button to save a line, or click the Set All orange button to save all lines at once.
12. If preferred, use the blue Print link on each line to print the assignment for paper-based counting.
13. If a part has pieces and serials, click the orange Pieces/Serials button, complete the pop-up window, click Set for each line, and close the window.
14. After counting all parts in the assignment, click the blue Close button in the header area.
15. Review progress on the main full inventory count screen and confirm completed assignments marked in dark gray.
16. When all inventory assignments are complete, click Close to complete the full inventory count.
17. To set up reason codes (Admin role): Go to Admin, then Maintenance, then Data Maintenance, open the InvShortageReason table, create or edit a reason code, and optionally check No Inv Change.
